Claims (1)
- １次側を入力コンデンサ、入力電圧をスイツチ
ングする主スイツチと主スイツチを駆動する駆動
回路と２次側に電力を伝達する変換トランスと１
次電流を検出する過電流検出抵抗とＰＷＭ制御Ｉ
ＣとＰＷＭ制御ＩＣと駆動回路に電源を供給する
回路により構成された１次制御方式のスイツチン
グレギユレータにおいて、制御ＩＣに電源を供給
する起動抵抗と定電圧ダイオードを接続し、この
接続点と制御ＩＣの電源端子間に該過電流検出抵
抗に発生する電圧により開閉するスイツチを設け
、過電流検出時に該スイツチを開き保護を行うこ
とを特徴とするスイツチングレギユレータの過電
流保護回路。
