Claims (1)
- 粘性流体からなる原料１を回転により押出すス
クリユー３と、前記スクリユー３と平行な軸線の
まわりに回転してスクリユー３による原料１の喰
込みを補助するフイードローラ４と、前記フイー
ドローラ４用のスクレーパ５とを具えたスクリユ
ー押出機において、前記スクレーパ５を、前記ス
クリユー３側に前記フイードローラ４の接線と平
行に設けたベース８の案内面９に沿つて変位可能
に、かつスペーサ１０を介装することにより任意
の位置に位置決めされるように構成し、前記スク
レーパ５の刃先の形状を、当該刃先に作用する原
料１の圧力がスクレーパ５を前記ベース８の案内
面９に押付ける方向に作用する形状に形成したこ
とを特徴とするスクリユー押出機。
