Claims (1)
該金属ストリツプを所要温度に加熱する加熱室の
出側にロール接触式急冷室とガス吹付式徐冷室と
を二股分岐状に形成し、ロール接触式急冷室は内
部に冷却水と流通させる水冷ロールが多数設けら
れていて前記加熱室から導出された金属ストリツ
プを該各水冷ロールに接触させることにより該金
属ストリツプを急冷し、ガス吹付式徐冷室は前記
加熱室から導出された金属ストリツプの両面に相
対するようにノズルが設けられていて冷却ガスを
該金属ストリツプに吹付けることにより該金属ス
トリツプを徐冷し、前記ロール接触式急冷室の出
側には急冷後の金属ストリツプを一定時間温度保
持する過時効処理室を形成し、前記ガス吹付け式
徐冷室の出側には徐冷後の金属ストリツプを浸漬
する亜鉛ポツトを設けてなることを特徴とした焼
鈍処理にもメツキ処理にも兼用し得る連続熱処理
