Claims (1)
駆動カムフオロアと、吸気弁あるいは排気弁に対
して自由となり得る自由カムフオロアとが、カム
シヤフトの回転に応じて相互に異なる態様で作動
可能にして隣接配置され、各カムフオロア間には
、相互の連結および連結解除を切換可能な連結切
換機構が設けられ、前記自由カムフオロアと機関
本体との間には、自由カムフオロアをカムシヤフ
ト側に弾発的に押圧するロストモーシヨン機構が
介装される内燃機関の動弁装置において、ロスト
モーシヨン機構は、閉塞端を機関本体側にして機
関本体に嵌合される有底円筒状のガイド部材と、
ガイド部材に摺動可能に嵌合されるとともに自由
カムフオロア側の端部には自由カムフオロアに当
接する当接部が先細り状に形成されるピストンと
、ピストンに係合すべくガイド部材の開口端寄り
内面に着脱可能に固着されるストツパと、ピスト
ンを自由カムフオロアに当接する方向に弾発付勢
すべくピストンおよびガイド部材間に介装される
ばねとを備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の動弁
