- 形状記憶合金製フイルムを略コイル状に巻き付
けこの形状記憶合金製フイルムの形態変位方向を
中心軸方向にしたアクチユエータ本体を構成し、
このアクチユエータ本体に通電する通電手段を設
け、前記アクチユエータ本体を冷却液の供給排出
可能な収納室に配置したことを特徴とする形状記
憶合金アクチユエータ。
