の中間に設ける中間ポート３を、前記吸入ポート
１に対し連通又は遮断して容量制御を行うように
した弁装置であつて、前記中間ポート３に連続す
る弁孔４に、シート部１０への着座により前記中
間ポート３を吸入ポート１に対し遮断する板状弁
体１１を内装すると共に、この板状弁体１１の背
面側に、高圧側と低圧側との一方に選択的に連通
され、高圧側への連通で前記弁体１１をシート部
１０に着座させ、又、低圧側への連通で前記弁体
１１をシート部１０から離間させる背圧室１２を
形成する一方、前記背圧室１２に、前記弁体１１
のシート部１０からの離間時、該弁体１１を吸着
して前記シート部１０からの離間を維持させる磁
石１３を配設したことを特徴する圧縮機における
