図において、 １：固定側型板、１１：径小段付き部、１２：
径大段付き部、３：可動側型板、５：スタンパ、
６：外周リング、６１：キヤビテイ面域、６２：
ガイド面域、７：固定ボルト、１３：キヤビテイ
。
図は従来の金型構造を示す構成断面図である。各
図において、 １：固定側型板、１１：径小段付き部、１２：
径大段付き部、３：可動側型板、５：スタンパ、
６：外周リング、６１：キヤビテイ面域、６２：

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 固定側型板と、可動側型板と、該可動側型板
の板面上に装備されたスタンパの外周縁を挟持し
て可動側型板の外周部に固定したスタンパ押え具
を兼ねるキヤビテイ画成用の外周リングとの組合
せから成り、金型を閉じた状態で固定側型板に開
口するスプルを通じて注型樹脂をキヤビテイ内へ
注入してデイスクを成形する金型において、前記
外周リングをその内周面側にキヤビテイの外周を
画成するキヤビテイ面域、および該キヤビテイ面
域と段差を有する径大な固定側型板のガイド面域
とを軸方向に沿つて形成した段付き構造と成し、
かつ固定側型板の先端外周面には前記外周リング
の各面域にそれぞれ嵌合し合う径小、径大な段付
き部を形成したことを特徴とするデイスク成形用
金型。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイス
ク成形用金型において、金型を閉じる行程で外周
リングに対し固定側型板の先端に形成した径小段
付き部が外周リング側のキヤビテイ画成面域と嵌
合する以前に径大段付き部がガイド画域に嵌合す
るように寸法設定されていることを特徴とするデ
イスク成形用金型。
