Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リード線なし電子部品及びこれに類似する
部品を加工するための搬送装置であつて、小幅な
高さ調節ができる基台と、この基台上に回転自在
且つ、その上端平面の床面からの高さが大幅に調
節できるように軸装されると共に、加工対象とな
る前記部品を移送する多数個の搬送開口を前記上
端平面に周設するリング板状のターンテーブルと
を備える回転デイスクにおいて; 該回転デイスクを複数個任意方向へ前記ターン
テーブルが上下に小さな隙間を介して、上下の前
記搬送開口相互が一致する形で重なり合うように
連接されることによつて、1つの連続した流れ作
業ラインを形成すると同時に、この流れ作業ライ
ンの第1番目の回転デイスクに前記部品を供給す
る部品供給手段を、各回転デイスク間に前記部品
を後送りする部品受け渡し手段を、流れ作業ライ
ンの最後の回転デイスクに部品取り出し手段を夫
々配設していることを特徴とする搬送装置。 (2) 前記回転デイスクは、そのターンテーブル
の外周縁内側に前記部品を1個ずつ搬送するため
の多数個の小さな搬送開口であるキヤリアを等間
隔に配設すると共に、該ターンテーブルの下方に
回転しないように固設され、且つ、該ターンテー
ブル下面の全周にわたつて、前記キヤリアに対応
するリング溝をその上面に環状に凹設する補助円
板を設けることで、前記部品をこのリング溝内に
更に凹設された溝を跨ぐように滑動させて、前記
リング溝の所定位置に前記補助円板を切り欠いて
形成される部品取り出し口まで前記キヤリアによ
り移送していくことを特徴とする上記実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載の搬送装置。 (3) 前記部品受け渡し手段は、伸縮する落下阻
止ロツドを利用して前記部品取り出し口を閉鎖し
たり、開口したりするもので、加工未了部品が該
部品取り出し口にさしかかつた時は、該部品取り
出し口を前記落下阻止ロツドを伸出嵌入すること
で閉鎖して加工未了部品を通過させ、加工完了部
品が該部品取り出し口にさしかかつた時は、前記
落下阻止ロツドを短縮後退することで該部品取り
出し口を開口して、加工完了部品を次の回転デイ
スクのターンテーブルに開設されたキヤリアに1
個ずつ落下挿入していくことを特徴とする上記実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載
の搬送装置。 (4) 前記部品受け渡し手段は、前記部品取り出
し口の上方に設けられる真空吸着及び磁力吸着利
用の吸着手段であつて、加工対象部品が磁力に対
して非吸着性である場合は真空吸着手段を、加工
対象部品が磁力に対して吸着性である場合には磁
力吸着手段を夫々利用すると共に、加工未了部品
が該部品取り出し口にさしかかつた時は、加工未
了部品を上方へ吸着して通過させ、加工完了部品
が該部品取り出し口にさしかかつた時は、吸着作
用を停止して加工完了部品を落下させることで、
次の回転デイスクのターンテーブルに開設された
キヤリアに1個ずつ挿入していくことを特徴とす
る上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項
に記載の搬送装置。
