ら媒体を送り出すピツクアツプローラと、該ピツ
クアツプローラによる媒体送り方向と同方向に媒
体を給送するフイードローラと、このフイードロ
ーラに当接させて配置されかつ前記ピツクアツプ
ローラにより媒体が複数枚送り出されたとき二枚
目以降の媒体を媒体カセツト側に押し戻すように
回転するリバースローラとを備えた媒体給送装置
において、 前記装着部の奥にバネにより付勢された回転可
能な戻しレバーを設けて、装着部に媒体カセツト
が装着されたとき前記バネの付勢力に抗して戻し
レバーが回転するようにし、かつ媒体カセツトを
装着部から引き抜く際、前記バネの復旧力により
戻しレバーが装着時と逆方向に回転して媒体カセ
ツトからはみ出している媒体を媒体カセツト内に
押し戻すようにしたことを特徴とする媒体給送装
