Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも一部が静電気中和材からなるこ
とを特徴とする静電気防止タイル。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の静
電気防止タイルにおいて、前記静電気中和材が静
電気中和樹脂又は静電気中和ゴムであることを特
徴とする静電気防止タイル。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
に記載の静電気防止タイルにおいて、前記静電気
中和材が炭素繊維の短繊維を３〜１５重量％含有
することを特徴とする静電気防止タイル。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の静
電気防止タイルにおいて、前記静電気中和材中の
炭素繊維の短繊維がそれぞれ１cm2当たり５０本
以上表面から突出していることを特徴とする静電
気防止タイル。
