間隔に綴込杆12を円弧状に彎曲形成し、固定部
材4の他側部の上下端近くにそれ自体を巻回形成
した軸受部7に回動部材10に穿設した長孔13
を遊嵌し、軸受部7と回動部材10の基部11と
に亘つて線材よりなる軸8を嵌挿して回動部材1
