Claims (1)
- シリンダ筒と、前記シリンダ筒の一端に設けた
シリンダヘツドと、前記シリンダ筒の他端に設け
たシリンダボトムと、前記シリンダヘツドまたは
前記シリンダ筒に設けた作動流体導出入口と、前
記シリンダボトムまたは前記シリンダ筒に設けた
作動流体導出入口と、前記シリンダ筒の軸方向に
移動自在に前記シリンダ筒内に設けたピストンと
、前記ピストンに連結したロツドとを有し、前記
シリンダ筒は、炭素繊維強化プラスチツクからな
る主筒と、前記主筒の内周面に接着したライナと
からなり、かつ、前記ライナは、熱線膨脹率が１
×１０−６〜５×１０−６／℃である金属かなつ
ていることを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
