【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は単体で漸次芯を繰り出すことのでき
る機構部、つまりノツク式シヤープペンシル体を
軸の内部に簡単に装着できるとともに口金のゆる
みを防止したノツク式シヤープペンシルに関す

して、該軸より突出したニツプルのねじ部に口金
のねじ部を締めつけていたものである。したがつ
て機構部は軸の係止段を介して口金によつて締め
付けられて組立が完了するわけである。このよう
な構成の組立においては六角部の位置合わせがむ
ずかしく、組立の自動化を行なううえでの問題と
なつていた。さらに大きな問題としては、軸を介
して口金を締め付けているために樹脂の軸であれ
ばやや問題が少ないにしても、軸が金属になつた
場合には締め付けたはずの口金が携帯中あるいは
筆記中の振動でゆるんでしまい、そのたびに使用
者は口金を締め直して使用しているが、手で締め
付けるだけでは強い締付力が得られず、再び口金
ゆるみが発生して芯折れしたりあるいは紛失して
しまつたりして使用者に大変迷惑をかけていた。
一方口金がゆるまないようにメーカーで機械的に
口金を強く締め付けておくと、口金内に折芯が詰
まつたりして口金をはずして内部を掃除しようと
したときに口金がはずれない欠点が生じてしま

はチヤツクスプリング7が取り付けられてノツク
式シヤープペンシル体が構成されている。このよ
うに構成されていたノツク式シヤープペンシル体
を軸8と鞘9内に装着したノツク式シヤープペン
シルを第2図に基づいて説明すると、弾性体10
を軸8の前部内段8Aと口金2の前段2Bとの間
に構成するとともに、ニツプ3の後端3Bに鞘9
の内段9Aを当接させて軸8と鞘9をねじ込み、
軸8の前部内段8Aと口金2の前段2Bとで弾性
体10を圧縮して構成したもので、その弾発力で
口金2が弾性体10に圧接されて、がたつきや回
転による口金2のゆるみが全くなく構成される。
ここで用いられる弾性体10としては、たとえば
ゴム・スプリング等が考えられるが特にゴムが好
ましい。なお、ノツク式シヤープペンシル体の口
金とニツプルの取り付けは従来と同様に螺合でも
よいが、弾性体で常に軸方向に圧力がかかつてい
るのでわずかな嵌合力で嵌合して取り付けても、
がたつきあるいは回転することがなく構成でき
る。又、螺合した場合などには口金のねじをゆる
めたり締めたりすることによつて芯出長さを任意
に調節することも可能である。その場合でも口金
