、前記作動部材の位置を検出する検出部と、前記
検出部とケーブルによつて接続された信号処理回
路部とを備えてなり、前記検出部のみが前記中空
体の外側に設置されていると共に、前記検出部に
は、前記作動部材の位置を検出する検出素子およ
び前記作動部材の位置を目視可能にする発光源の
みが備えられていることを特徴とする流体圧作動
機器の位置検出装置。 (2) 複数の検出部が一つの信号処理回路部に接
続されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載の流体圧作動機器の位置検出回
路。 (3) 複数の検出部から出力される複数の導線が
それぞれ被覆され束状になつて一本のケーブル内
に納まつていると共に、それぞれの検出部が前記
ケーブルによつて直列に連なつていることを特徴
