Claims (1)
- 微小口径電磁流量検出器において、電極の固定
手段にスウエジロツクを用い、測定流体と電極部
を完全に気密保持するとともに、前記スウエジロ
ツクが電極棒に対し任意の位置で固定できる構造
を利用し、ライニングの厚さのバラツキに左右さ
れずライニングの内径の面と電極の先端面を常に
同一面上に位置決めし固定できることを特徴とす
る微小口径電磁流量検出器。
