アフラムと、ダイアフラムの外周部に気密保持の
ためのガスケツト面部と、このガスケツト面にダ
イアフラムが溶接された構造の伝送器において、
母材をステンレス鋼とし、合せ材を特殊材質とし
たクラツド材とこの合せ板部に、合せ板を同一材
質のダイアフラムを溶接したことを特徴とする特
