準信号に基いて時刻信号を出力する時計回路と、 インパネランプ点灯スイツチがオン状態とされ
たときに、外部操作によつて設定されたデユーテ
イ比のパルス信号をランプ点灯信号として出力す
る調光用発振回路と、 前記時刻信号に基いて時刻を表示し、且つ、ラ
ンプ点灯信号のデユーテイ比によつて発光輝度が
制御される時刻表示部と、 を有する自動車用時計において、 前記ランプ点灯信号を反転させた第2ランプ点
灯信号を出力する反転回路と、 発振器及び分周器と、 ランプ点灯信号が出力されているか否かを検出
し、ランプ点灯信号が出力されていないときには
非点灯検出信号を出力するランプ点灯信号検出回
路と、 第2ランプ点灯信号と前記分周器からの第2の
分周信号φ2とが入力され、ランプ点灯信号がパ
ルス信号の場合にはランプ点灯信号に同期してロ
ード信号及びリセツト信号を出力するプリセツト
回路と、 ランプ点灯信号、第2ランプ点灯信号、又、分
周器からの第2の分周信号φ2及び第2の分周信
号よりも周期の短い第3の分周信号φ1、更にダ
ウンカウンタ回路からのタイミング信号が入力さ
れ、ランプ点灯信号が出力されていないときはカ
ウント信号として前記第2の分周信号を出力し、
ランプ点灯信号が直流の場合はカウント信号とし
て前記第3の分周信号を出力し、ランプ点灯信号
がパルス信号の場合は該パルス周期に応じて前記
第2の分周信号と第3の分周信号とをカウント信
号として出力するパルス切換回路と、 分周器からの第2の分周信号φ2及びリセツト
信号が入力され、第2の分周信号によるカウント
値を常に出力すると共に一定の周期でフルカウン
ト信号を出力し得るアツプカウンタ回路と、 前記フルカウント信号及びロード信号に基いて
アツプカウンタ回路からのカウント値をロードし
、前記パルス切換回路からのカウント信号に基い
てダウンカウントを行ない、カウント値が0にな
るとタイミング信号としてのボロー信号を出力す
るダウンカウンタ回路と、 第2ランプ点灯信号とタイミング信号とが入力
され、タイミング信号がダウンカウンタ回路から
出力されていないときは第2ランプ点灯信号を通
過させて制御信号とする制御信号出力回路と、 前記非点灯検出信号及び制御信号が入力され、
該前記非点灯検出信号又は制御信号を輝度信号と
