- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 空気取入口及び空気排出口を有するパツケー
ジの内部に、 集積回路素子を内蔵した混成集積回路本体と、 この混成集積回路本体を強制空冷するためのフ
アンモータとを対向状態で収納し、 前記混成集積回路本体における動作電流と発熱
温度とのいずれか一方に基づき前記フアンモータ
を回転制御するモータ制御回路を設けたことを特
徴とする混成集積回路。 ２ 前記フアンモータは、界磁巻線及び回転子巻
線を有する直流モータを備え、その界磁巻線を前
記混成集積回路の電源ラインに直列接続して前記
モータ制御回路を構成した実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の混成集積回路。 ３ 前記フアンモータは、マグネツトモータを備
え、 前記モータ制御回路は、前記混成集積回路本体
に固着された温度センサと、この温度センサの出
力と基準信号とを比較する比較器と、前記マグネ
ツトモータの電源ラインに直列接続され前記比較
器の出力によりオン、オフ制御されるスイツチン
グ素子とを備えた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の混成集積回路。
