補助フツクに補助フツクの係止状態を検出する検
出器を設けるとともに、胴綱のベルト部への取付
部に胴綱の取外しを阻止するロツク機構を設け、
補助フツクが係止状態にあるときのみ、検出器か
らの信号によりロツク機構を解除するようにした
