５図は温度変更時の動作を説明するフローチヤー
ト、第６図は従来のハンダこて装置を示す正面図
である。 １…本体装置、２…ハンダこて、３…設定カー
ド、６…カード挿入口、１４…設定値判別部、１
５…不揮発性メモリ、１６…比較部、１７…温度
制御部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハンダこてのこて先温度の設定値が調節可能と
    されたハンダ付け装置において、 こて先温度の設定値を変更させる設定部と、該
    設定部の設定値に基づいてこて先温度を制御する
    制御部とからなり、 設定部は、装置本体とは別体とされた設定カー
    ドに配設された温度設定部を備え、 制御部は、装置本体に設けたカード挿入口に前
    記設定カードが挿入可能であるときのみ、前記温
    度設定部の入力数値がこて先温度の加熱許容範囲
    内であるか否かを判断する設定値判別部と、 該設定値判別部を介して入力される設定値を記
    憶するメモリと、 前記ハンダこてのこて先を加熱するヒータの温
    度を検知する温度センサと、 該温度センサの検知温度と前記メモリの設定値
    とを比較する比較部と、 該比較部の比較結果に基づいて制御信号を出力
    し、前記ヒータの加熱温度を制御する温度制御部
    と、 を具備してなることを特徴とするハンダこての
    温度管理装置。
