排出口との間に開閉自在に配設されたペーパーネ
ツトとを備えた給紙装置において、対向する側板
間に回動自在に支架されて前記プラテンと前記ト
ラクタとの間の用紙通路中に進退自在に介在され
、且つ前記通路から退避する方向の復帰習性を付
与されたテンシヨンレバーと、このテンシヨンレ
バーの一端に取付けられたテンシヨンノブを有す
るセクタギヤと、回動自在に配設され前記ペーパ
ーネツトの閉鎖時に該ネツトにより押圧回動され
てテンシヨン付与位置にロツクされ、開放時には
ロツク解除されテンシヨン解除位置に復帰するテ
ンシヨン切替レバーと、前記セクタギヤの歯と係
合し得る係合ピンを有する回動自在なテンシヨン
アームと、一端が前記テンシヨンアームに連結さ
れ他端が前記テンシヨン切替レバーにピン・スロ
ツト機構により移動自在に連結され、前記テンシ
ヨン切替レバーのテンシヨン解除方向の運動を前
記テンシヨンアームに伝達する連結杆と、前記テ
ンシヨンアームと前記テンシヨン切替レバー間に
張架され前記係合ピンが前記セクタギヤと係合す
る方向の回動力を前記テンシヨンに付与するスプ
リングとからなることを特徴とする給紙装置のテ
