[Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to an extraction container containing raw materials, and more specifically, a container containing raw materials used mainly in beverage vending machines, which is hermetically sealed in a container together with an extractor for coffee, tea, etc. It concerns an extraction vessel. [Prior Art] Conventionally, as an extraction device for extracting raw materials in an extraction container with hot water to make it drinkable, a coffee storage chamber is provided at the bottom of a hot water receptor, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 55-154261. A hot water outlet is provided in the upper and lower plates of the coffee storage chamber through which the hot water stored in the hot water receptor passes. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Coffee storage containers are well known which are characterized in that the entire receptor is covered with a film. [Problems to be solved by the invention] The conventional technology described above has a hot water outlet on the partition plate of the hot water receptor and the bottom plate of the container, and extracts coffee (raw material) with hot water that has passed through the upper hot water outlet. The raw material extract obtained by passing through the coffee beans is dripped into a coffee bowl through a spout at the bottom for drinking. The coffee raw material on the wood needs to be protected from atmospheric moisture that enters through the hot water outlet.Since the entire upper hot water receptor is covered with a film, multiple hot water receptors cannot be polymerized and attached to each other, so it is difficult to store or transport the material. This poses a problem in that a large amount of space is required, and since each piece must be handled one by one, separate trays are required for storing and transporting a large number of pieces. Furthermore, in use, it is necessary to remove the film that covers the entire hot water receptor, making it extremely difficult to apply it to beverage vending machines, and the film itself and its coating process are required for shipping. There is also the problem that it is disadvantageous in terms of cost and that the product does not look good when sold in stores. In order to eliminate each of the above-mentioned problems, this invention enables containers to be airtightly sealed by interlocking them in successive stages, protecting raw materials from moisture, and allowing for automatic supply of raw materials, extraction, and slag. The purpose is to facilitate the processing of [Means for Solving the Problems] The object of this invention described above is to provide a bottom plate having an opening, a side wall connected to the bottom plate and sloping inward, a stepped portion formed at the top of the side wall, and a bottom plate having an opening formed therein. A water-soluble material that maintains airtightness by impregnating the opening edge of the bottom plate of the container, which has a side wall connected to the stepped portion, with a sealant solution containing protein, starch, or polyvinyl alcohol into paper or the like and then drying it. A water-soluble airtight seal made by stretching an overmember impregnated with a plugging material and drying and solidifying the plugging material solution on a stepped portion of the container above a certain amount of raw materials placed in the container. This is achieved by tensioning the member to seal the raw material in the extraction container with the water-soluble airtight sealing member and the over member impregnated with the water-soluble plugging material. [Function] The water-soluble airtight sealing member can be eluted with hot water and the raw material can be extracted with hot water. The extracted raw material liquid dissolves the water-soluble sealing material with this raw material liquid and passes through the overfill material to the lower part. It can flow down into a drinking container and be drunk. [Example] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the extraction container 4 of this invention includes an extraction container 1, an over member 2 impregnated with a water-soluble sealing material, and a water-soluble airtight sealing member 3.
It is made up of. The container 1 is made of a synthetic resin for casting, and includes a raw material storage portion 14 formed of a bottom plate 12 having an opening 11 and a side wall 13 that connects and slopes inward, and a portion above the side wall. A stepped portion 15 extends horizontally slightly outward from the bottom plate 12 that forms the edge, and the outer edge of this stepped portion is slightly inclined outward and has a curl 1 on the edge.
7 and a hot water pouring part 18 for storing poured hot water for extraction. The material 2 impregnated with a water-soluble sealing material is made by weaving natural or synthetic fibers, or by spinning these fibers into threads, for example, paper. It is impregnated with a solution that is harmless to the human body and dried to eliminate breathability. The sealing material liquid that speeds up the sealing and hot water passage time described above is: (1) Gelatin solution: 5gr of gelatin + 200ml of water (2) Agar solution: 6gr of agar + 200ml of water (3) Gelatin-lactose solution: 5gr of gelatin + 2.5gr of lactose
+ 200ml of water (4) Gelatin glucose solution 5gr of gelatin + 2.5gr of glucose + 200ml of water (5) Dextrin solution 10g of dextrin + water
200ml (6) Polyvinyl alcohol solution 10g polyvinyl alcohol powder + 200ml water etc. is preferable, and the size of the paper is 48cm as shown in the table below.
cm The amount of hot water (90° to 92°C) injected is 140 ml, and the solution is impregnated and dried to eliminate air permeability.
The boiling time for items that have not been impregnated at all or that have been once parboiled and dried are those that have been impregnated with gelatin solution, dextrin solution, or polyvinyl alcohol solution and dried, which does not pose a food hygiene problem even if eluted. is most preferable because it has good air permeability prevention ability and the blanching overrate is more than twice as fast as ordinary paper, helping to shorten the extraction time.

Since this invention is configured as described above, it produces the effects described below. In other words, a plurality of extraction containers containing raw materials are polymerized and fitted together, and the extraction containers containing raw materials are separated one by one starting from the end of the polymer, and then water-soluble water is obtained by pouring hot water into the extraction containers containing raw materials. The air-tight sealing member and the water-soluble sealing material are respectively eluted, and the extract is dripped into a drinking container for drinking. In addition, since the polymer itself has shape retention properties in the extraction container containing raw materials of this invention, it is possible to handle 10 to 20 extraction containers containing raw materials at a time, and most of the extraction containers containing raw materials are Because it is fitted into the extraction container containing raw materials, it can significantly reduce the space it occupies, and the product looks good. Moreover, the extraction container containing raw materials is not coated with a film.
Since raw materials can be extracted and dripped into drinking containers simply by pouring hot water into the container, it has many practical effects, such as being easily applicable to beverage vending machines.
