- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 鋼製組合せオイルリングの外周摺接面にめつ
きが施されたサイドレール１において、コイリン
グ前の母材外周面２の先端部に丸みＲ１が形成さ
れ、且つ、サイドレールの上面５及び下面６と面
取り角度α及びβをなす上部面取り部３及び下部
面取り部４が設けられていることを特徴とする鋼
製組合せオイルリング用サイドレー。 ２ 先端丸みＲ１と上部面取り部３及び下部面取
り部４とは半径Ｒ２及びＲ３で結ばれ、且つ、上
部面取り部３及び下部面取り部４とサイドレール
の上面５及び下面６とは半径Ｒ４，Ｒ５で結ばれ
れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の鋼製組合せオイルリング用サイド
レール。 ３ 面取り角度α及びβが１０〜６０°、上部面
取り部３及び下部面取り部４の長さＣ１及びＣ２
がめつき部７の厚さｄの１〜２ｄの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の鋼製組合せオイルリング用サイドレール。
