状の弁部と、軸心方向に移動可能で前記弁部に対
して接離動作する円錐形状の弁体と、前記弁部と
弁体とを覆う円筒形フードとで放流弁が構成され
前記水流鉄管より流入する水が、前記円筒形フー
ドの上流側先端に設けられた給気口より吸入され
る外気とともに前記弁体の外周壁面に案内されな
がらジエツト流となり前記円筒形フード内を流通
したのち外部に放流されるフード付放流弁におい
て、前記円筒形フードの上流側にジエツト流の広
がり角より小さい円錐角をもつ円錐形フードを備
え、この円錐形フードの内側面と前記ジエツト流
の背側面との接触角を10°前後となるようにし
、かつ前記円錐形フード先端の開口部内周と、こ
の開口部を貫通する水流鉄管外周とのすきまを給
気口として形成したことを特徴とするフード付放
