Claims (1)
坦な板に固定測定ピンを設置し、前記平坦な板の
下部に平行に設置された台盤に固定されたリニア
ベアリングレール上をリニアベアリングにより保
持されて前記固定測定ピンの中心を含む直線上を
移動可能なサドルに可動測定ピンを設置して前記
平坦な板の前記リニアベアリングレール上の位置
に設けられた長穴を貫通せしめて前記固定測定ピ
ンと共に一対の測定ピンとし、前記サドルにはそ
の側面に前記リニアベアリングレールと平行に光
学読取スケールを固定すると共に、該サドルを前
記固定測定ピンと逆側へ一定の力で引張る重りを
備え、前記台盤上に光学読取ヘツドを前記光学読
取スケールに対向するごとく固定して前記サドル
の移動量を測定可能とし、中空金属薄板をその中
空部に前記両測定ピンを貫通せしめて前記平坦な
板上に重りを乗せて載置し一定力で両測定ピンを
中空部の内径に接触せしめ得るごとく構成し、被
測定中空金属薄板と基準リングとにおける両測定
ピン間の距離を比較測定することを特徴とする中
