オメータ基台とを有するＸ線回折装置において、 円形輪郭と偏心回転中心とを備える偏心カムと
、前記Ｘ線源に対して相対的に固定し得る駆動モ
ータであつて前記偏心カムを一定方向に回転させ
る駆動モータと、前記ゴニオメータ基台に固定さ
れて前記偏心カムに接触するカム従動子とを有す
るゴニオメータ光軸調整用駆動機構。
