Claims (1)

状の気密外囲器が形成され、前記気密外囲器内に
は、通電されて電子を放出する陰極と、陰極から
放出された電子を制御して前記蛍光体層に選択的
に射突させる制御電極を有する蛍光表示装置にお
いて、前記気密外囲器のうち、側面板の一部また
は全部の外面に導電性部材を配設し、かつ一定電
位に保持したことを特徴とする蛍光表示装置。 A box-shaped airtight envelope is formed by a substrate on which an anode section having a phosphor layer and an anode electrode is disposed, a side plate forming a side section, and an opposing face plate disposed at a position facing the substrate.
