- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱室に収容した食品にマイクロ波を照射して
加熱するよう構成した高周波加熱装置において、 マイクロ波を受けて発熱するマイクロ波発熱体
からなる第１容器を加熱室内に設置し、更に第１
容器の内壁から所定距離だけ離して食品を収容し
マイクロ波を透過させる第２容器を第１容器内に
設置したことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
