Claims (1)
- 外部電力系統と自家発電設備との連絡部分の電
力潮流を検出する電力潮流検出装置と、この電力
潮流検出装置の検出値が零の場合に発電機の励磁
回路の抵抗を短絡する開閉器と、この短絡開閉器
の閉路指令から一定時間後に出力信号を出す時限
装置と、この時限装置の信号と上記電力潮流検出
装置の零信号とをＡＮＤ条件として信号を出すＡ
ＮＤ論理装置と、このＡＮＤ論理装置からの信号
により、上記外部電力系統と自家発電設備とを連
絡する連絡しや断器にしや断指令を与えるしや断
指令装置を備えたことを特徴とする停電検出装置
。
