- 一端にペン先、芯等の筆記先端を有する略棒状
の筆記具または一端にペン先、芯等の筆記先端を
有する略棒状の本体と前記筆記先端部に装着され
ているキヤツプとから成る筆記具において、前記
筆記具の他端部付近またはキヤツプ部に環状の溝
と、該溝に嵌装される筒状の透明プラスチツクカ
バーと、前記溝とプラスチツクカバーとによつて
形成された環状の空隙とが設けられていることを
特長とする筆記具。
