は角錐型の電波吸収体を有する導波管無反射終端
器を示す図、第３図Ｂはテーパー状の電波吸収体
を有する導波管無反射終端器を示す図、第３図Ｃ
は１Ｗ以上の電力用として使用する導波管無反射
終端器を示す図である。
