導体レーザより発せられたレーザビームを反射す
る反射面を回転又は揺動することによりそのレー
ザビームを走査する走査ミラーと、この走査ミラ
ーにより走査されたレーザビームを反射して外部
に出射させる反射ミラーと、この反射ミラーによ
り反射されて外部に出射されたレーザビームの反
射光を受光する受光部とよりなることを特徴とす
