- 周胴全周に任意間隔をおいて複数条のリング状
溝部が刻設されたロールであつて、蒸煮後の麺線
群を搬送するコンベヤ進行方向端部に面して配設
され、該ロールの回転と同時に該ロール軸方向に
所定幅を往復動しうるように構成されたことを特
徴とする麺線結着防止用ロール。
