御演算して流下水温度設定値をその操作出力とし
て発信する冷却水温度調節計と、上記流下水温度
測定値と上記流下水温度設定値の偏差を制御演算
した操作出力により上記吸引フアンの回転数を制
御する流下水温度調節計とよりなる冷却塔温度制
