Claims (1)
- ミスト及び蒸気を伴うガスがケーシング内下部
に形成された入口室からその上方に充填された吸
着剤の層を流過してその上部に形成された出口室
を経て流出するアドゾーバにおいて、上記ガスを
上記入口室の底面に向かつて噴出させる噴口を設
けたことを特徴とするアドゾーバ。
