本考案は可燃性ガス配管系における水封式安全

気泡合体によるガス通過路を通じてガス供給側へ
伝播して引火するおそれが残されており、特に混
合ガスの場合燃焼温度が高く、しかも爆発圧力が
極めて大であることから、逆火炎が水封部内のガ
ス通過路を介してガス供給側に伝播して引火する

題点を解決すべくなされたものであつて、可燃性
ガス単体の逆流、逆火がガス供給側へ伝播して引
火するのを防止するとともに、可燃性ガスと支燃
性ガスの混合ガスの場合のように燃焼温度が高く
且つ爆発圧力の大なるときでも逆火を確実に消炎

ともに、下方が開口した円筒状であつて側壁にガ
ス通孔を穿設した通気筒上部に大径の円板状押え
板を設けた締付ユニツトの該通気筒下部を仕切板
のガス通孔周縁に定着して通気筒内部と本体の底
部ガス室とを連通連結し、且つ無数の微細孔を均
一に有する円筒状の消炎フイルターを締付ユニツ
ト上部の円板状押え板に上端開口を仕切板に下端
開口をそれぞれ当接して閉止した状態で、通気筒
に間隔をあけて外嵌し、締付ユニツト上面より上
位まで水等の液体を封入して本体下部とガス導入
管下部とにわたる水封部を形成したことを要旨と

壊板5は、破壊板5が逆火圧によつて破壊される
と同時に作動するレバー7を逆止弁6に連係させ
て設けることによつて連動するように基本構成し

通気筒11上部に大径の円板状押え板を設けた締
付ユニツト12の該円板状押え板を当接して閉止
し、該締付ユニツト12の円板状押え板下位の通
気筒下部をガス通孔10周縁に螺合定着すること
によつて通気筒内部と本体1の底部ガス室11と
を連通連結すると同時に消炎フイルター8の下端
開口を仕切板9に当接して閉止し、もつてガス通
孔13を側壁に穿設した通気筒に間隔をあけて消
炎フイルター8を外嵌して水封部4内への取付け

伝播して引火するのを確実に防止することができ

よる影響がガス供給側へ及ぶのを確実に防止する
