動する回転駆動機構を有する試料ステージと、 前記回転駆動機構を動作させる駆動信号と前記
励起ビーム銃の走査用コイルに与えるライン走査
信号とを同期制御するコントローラと、 を備えることを特徴とするマツピング用試料分
析システム。
