- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ばね等で一方向に押圧し反対側から押圧に抗
して移動させる電子顕微鏡又は類似装置の移動装
置において、一方向に押圧する手段として、分銅
又は適当な重しを用い押圧力を一定に保つように
したことを特徴とする電子顕微鏡又は類似装置に
於ける移動装置。 ２ 上記分銅又は適当な重しは一方向に引張る手
段として用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載された電子顕微鏡又は類似
装置に於ける移動装置。
