    して構成したスピーカユニツトにおいて、フレー
    ム外周縁内側にガスケツトを備え、前記ガスケツ
    トは内周縁にエツジ固定フランジをもち、このエ
    ツジ固定フランジの張出し長により振動板背面の
    チヤンバを大形化できるように構成したことを特
    徴とするスピーカユニツト。
