- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上面に多数の吸気孔を有する負圧吸引式露光ス
テージと、 露光ステージの前後に配置され、後方の周面速
度が前方の周面速度より若干速くなるよう構成さ
れた前方および後方ローラと、 前方ローラの上流側および後方ローラの下流側
にそれぞれ設けられたダンサーローラと、 露光ステージ上面両側部に立設された一対の蛇
行防止板とから成り、前後両ローラによる感光シ
ートの設張送り面を露光ステージ上面からわずか
上方に位置させて間欠送りするようにした露光ス
テージの感光シート送り装置。
