シユートの配設関係を示す部分的断面図である。 然してこの図面において、１は輻射炉、２は定
量供給ホツパー、３は傾斜シユート、４はコンベ
ヤ、５は振動モータ、６はフアン、７は定常供給
手段７ａを駆動するモータ、８は静電除去器、９
は振動モータ、１１は遠赤外線ヒータ、１２は遠
赤外線ヒーターの反射板、１３は排気ダクト、１
４は反射板、１６はスクレーパー、１８は被処理
発泡材、１９は収縮被処理材を示すものである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理発泡材を定量的に供給するためのホツパ
    ーと、該ホツパーからの供給物を受けてコンベヤ
    上に均等に展開供給するシユートを有し、前記コ
    ンベヤ上をカバーする輻射炉を備え、該輻射炉に
    遠赤外線ヒータを配設し、これらの遠赤外線ヒー
    タには発生した遠赤外線を前記コンベヤ上の被処
    理発泡材方向に集めるための反射板を設けたこと
    を特徴とする発泡合成樹脂材の容積縮減処理装置
    。
