- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 合成樹脂によつて押し出し成形され、エツジ本
体部と該エツジ本体部から突設した嵌合取付部と
によつて断面略「Ｔ」字型に形成された長尺のサ
イドエツジ部材を所定長さにカツトして上記嵌合
取付部をテーブル等の板状構造体の側周縁部に形
成した嵌合溝に嵌合して取り付けるようにしたサ
イドエツジにおいて、 サイドエツジの成形金型内に複数本のガラス繊
維の糸を順次送り込みつつ押し出し成形すること
により、エツジ本体部又は嵌合取付部のいずれか
一方に複数本のガラス繊維製の芯糸が長手方向に
沿つて平行に内装されていることを特徴とする板
状構造体のサイドエツジ。
