せを１組とした回路を複数チヤネル有し、さらに
前記各チヤネルのアナログデイジタル変換器と前
記メモリを制御するタイムベース制御回路と温度
測定制御パネル及びデイジタルオシロスコープの
マイクロプロセツサと接続するためのバスバツフ
