Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体ヘリウム槽の外周に液体窒素槽が配置され
    て外壁により密封され、上記各槽のまわりにそれ
    ぞれ断熱空間が形成され、液体ヘリウム槽に液体
    ヘリウム注入管、液体窒素槽に液体窒素注入管が
    それぞれ連設されて各注入管が外壁より外部に突
    出され、各注入管の突出部がそれぞれ外装管によ
    り包囲され、各注入管と各外装管との間にそれぞ
    れ断熱空間が形成され、少なくとも液体ヘリウム
    注入管とその外装管との間にシールド管が設けら
    れて注入部断熱空間が内外複数に区画形成され、
    そのシールド管に液体窒素槽に連通するシールド
    用補助液体窒素槽が連設されていることを特徴と
    するクライオスタツト。
