。図において、 １は半導体ウエハ、２は洗浄液、２′は水滴、

エア射出ノズル、１２はフイルタ、１３は引金、
１４は操作部、１５はエアホース、をそれぞれ表
わす。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 薄板基板の両面を除湿乾燥するエアーガンにお
いて、 エア射出側をＵ字形に形成したエアーガン本体
１０の該エア射出側各先端にエア射出ノズル１１
を装着し、該エア射出ノズル１１から射出するエ
アを同一面内で且つ互いに交叉する如くに形成し
てなることを特徴とするエアーガン。
