BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, this type of speaker has had a configuration as shown in FIG. That is, an upper plate 4 of a field section 6 is constructed by incorporating a ring-shaped magnet 3 and a ring-shaped upper plate 4 on a lower plate 2 having a center pole 1.
A frame 6 is coupled to the frame 6, and a diaphragm 8 is bonded to the peripheral edge of the frame together with a gasket.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the former speaker configuration, when the distance between the diaphragm 8 and the damper 11 is small, such as in a thin speaker, when the speaker operates, one end is fixed to the voice coil bobbin, and The slackened gold thread wire 14 vibrates irregularly due to the vertical movement of the voice coil 1o and comes into contact with the diaphragm 8 and damper 11, causing abnormal noise.
There has been a problem in that wire breakage occurs at the connection with the terminal 16 and the side wall of the voice coil bobbin.

Therefore, the present invention does not depend on the distance between the diaphragm and the damper, and does not require adjusting the slack of the gold thread wire, and prevents the gold thread wire from coming into contact with other components and causing abnormal noise, or from the gold thread wire connecting part. To provide a speaker in which no continuation line occurs.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention continuously weaves several gold threads with cotton thread or synthetic fiber thread as the core material as warp threads (or weft threads), and further weaves them at predetermined intervals. A cotton cloth with similar weaves in parallel is formed as a damper, and one end of the gold thread wire band is connected to the lead wire pulled out from the voice coil on the side wall of the voice coil bobbin, and then attached to the outer periphery of the damper. The pulled out gold thread wire band is to be connected to the terminal.

Function: Because the gold thread wire is woven into the damper cotton cloth, there is no need to adjust the slack of the gold thread wire, and since the gold thread wire does not freely vibrate independently, there is no possibility of abnormalities caused by contact with individual components such as the diaphragm. No more noise will be generated.

Further, since bending stress due to independent vibration of the gold thread wire is not applied to the gold thread wire connection portion of the terminal or voice coil bobbin side wall, occurrence of wire breakage can be prevented.Embodiment A speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below. As shown in FIG. 1, a field part 19 and a terminal 20 are constructed by incorporating a ring-shaped magnet 17 and a ring-shaped upper plate 18 on a lower plate 16 having a center ball, and a frame 21 is molded with resin. The frame is integrally molded, and a diaphragm 23 is bonded together with a gasket 22 to the peripheral edge of the frame.

A voice coil 25 is coupled to the center of the diaphragm 23 and is fitted into a magnetic gap 24 formed by the magnetic circuit of the field section 19 without eccentricity. As shown in FIG. 2, the middle part of the bobbin of this voice coil 26 is made by continuously weaving several gold threads as warp (or weft) threads with cotton thread or synthetic fiber thread as the core material, and also with a predetermined interval. A damper 27 is made by impregnating a cotton cloth with parallel weaves with a resin, and forming several concentric corrugated corrugations centered between the two gold thread wire bands 26.

The central part of the damper 27 has a diameter equivalent to the outer diameter of the voice coil bobbin, and a gold thread wire band 26 woven in parallel within the diameter has a protrusion that protrudes by a predetermined length inside the diameter. A circular hole is formed in the center by punching out the protruding gold thread wire band 28 at a right angle at the base, and a voice coil bobbin is inserted and coupled into this hole. Further, in FIG. 1, the lead wire pulled out from the voice coil 25 is connected to the convex gold thread wire band at the center of the damper at the bobbin side wall, and the convex gold thread wire band provided on the outer periphery of the damper 27 as shown in FIG. 29 is connected to the terminal 2o in FIG. Furthermore, the diaphragm 23
It has a structure in which a dust cap 30 is joined to the upper surface of the central part.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention involves weaving gold thread wire into a damper made of cotton cloth, forming this into a concentric corrugated corrugation, and extending the woven gold thread wire band from the inner and outer peripheries of the damper to a predetermined length. By having a structure in which it is pulled out a little, and connecting both ends to the lead wire pulled out from the voice coil and the terminal insulated by the resin frame, there is no need to adjust the slack of the gold thread wire when assembling the speaker.
The gold thread wire will not vibrate alone in the air and come into contact with other components such as the diaphragm or damper, causing abnormal noise, and the bending stress of the gold thread wire will prevent disconnection at the connection with the voice coil lead and terminal. This eliminates effects such as tangles, dramatically improves the reliability of the wiring from the terminal to the voice coil in the speaker, and streamlines the speaker assembly.
