図はカツプの１部切断側面図である。第４図ａ〜
ｈはカツプをプレス成形する場合の各工程の側面
形状を示し、第５図は縁曲げ加工後に丸面加工す
る場合の説明図、第６図は縁曲加工したリム端縁
に切り欠き加工した切り欠き部の拡大側面図、第
７図はカール加工後の切り欠き部の拡大側面図で
ある。 １，２……カツプ、３……リム部、４……リム
縁部、４′……リム端縁、４″……切り欠き部。

Claims (1)
- アルミニウム合金のサークル材を深絞り加工し
たカツプ２個を接合してリム部を形成するように
したアルミニウム合金ホイールにおいて、リム端
縁に所定ピツチで切欠部を形成し、リム縁部を内
側に中空状にカールしたことを特徴とするアルミ
ニウム合金ホイール。
