Claims (1)
- はんだ付け加熱用のレーザ光を集光し出射する
レーザ出射光学部と、該レーザ出射光学部を固定
した第１のブロツクと、軸心をレーザ出射方向に
平行に向けて両端を回転支持してあり前記第１の
ブロツクに設けたナツト部とかみ合わせたボール
ネジと、該ボールネジの両端を回転支持する第１
の軸受を固定した第２のブロツクと、該第２のブ
ロツクに取付けてありはんだ付け部品のレーザ照
射個所の温度を検出するための温度センサと、前
記第２のブロツクに固定されており前記第１のブ
ロツクの移動を案内するためのレール部をもつ第
２の軸受と、それぞれ前記第２のブロツクに取付
けてあり前記温度センサの検出結果に応じて動作
を制御される前記ボールネジの回転駆動用のモー
タ及び前記ボールネジの回転制動用の電磁ブレー
キをもつ駆動制御手段とを、備えていることを特
徴とするレーザはんだ付け用ハンド。
