Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 互いに平行で反対の方向に回転する１対の
成形用ロール１・２と、成形用ロール１・２間に
原料粉体を供給するホツパ３と、ホツパ３のほぼ
中心線上で回転する垂直軸９とからなり、ホツパ
３の上部の中心位置より偏した箇所に原料供給口
５が設けられているとともに、ホツパ３の上部に
排気口６が設けられており、前記垂直軸９の下端
部にホツパ３内に推積する原料粉体を下方に送る
送りねじ１０が設けられている粉体成形機におい
て、 垂直軸９上における前記送りねじ１０より上方
部位に、該送りねじ１０とはそのつる巻線方向を
逆方向とする逆送りねじ１１を設けてあり、この
逆送りねじ１１の回転により前記送りねじ１０の
上方に推積する原料粉体を上方に押し上げるよう
にしたことを特徴とする粉体成形機。 (2) 逆送りねじ１１の下端が、ホツパ３内に推
積する原料粉体の安息角αによる傾斜上面ｃ―ｄ
よりも下方位置になるよう設定されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の粉体成形機。
