Conventional window regulator switches have a single knob that allows for manual operation, in which the window opens and closes only while the knob is pressed, and automatic operation, in which once the knob is pressed, the window is self-maintained until the window is fully opened and closed. It was being done. Furthermore, manual operation and automatic operation could be arbitrarily selected by simply operating one knob, making the switch easy to operate.

However, as mentioned above, since all operations are performed with one knob, it is easy for erroneous operations to occur.Especially, when canceling automatic operation midway through, the self-retaining knob is moved in the opposite direction (opening, closing, etc.). For closing operation, the operation must be performed in the direction of opening operation), requiring a strong operating force, and in the worst case, there was a problem that the operation would shift to the opposite automatic operation.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a switch in which erroneous operation is less likely to occur by separating the knob into manual operation and automatic operation. A further object of the present invention is to provide a switch that uses a manual knob to open the normally closed contact of the switch when the automatic operation is stopped, and the operating force is constant and light.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a case, a manual knob and an autoknob that are pivotally supported with respect to the case, and a manual knob and an autoknob that are inserted into holes in the lower protrusions of the manual knob and autoknob. Each indenter is biased downward by a spring, each separate moderation portion is in contact with each indenter and has a substantially V-shaped concave surface formed on the upper surface of the case, and is guided by the case and engages with the manual knob and autoknob. A manual card and an auto card that move to the left and right in conjunction with their operations, two sets of switches whose contact groups are opened and closed by the movement of the manual card or auto card, and a switch from the left and right ends of the auto card. The solenoid is equipped with a two-way solenoid that has a core that engages with an arm that hangs downward, and that self-holds the autoknob in conjunction with the operation of the autoknob.

Contacts 13b and 14b are closed. Therefore, terminal B, contacts 14b, 13b, terminal 16, motor M, terminal 1
5. Current flows through the contacts 13a and 12a, the resistor R 1 , and the terminal E, and for example, the motor rotates in the forward direction, driving the window in the direction of closing. more diode
Current flows through D2 , the solenoid 18, the collector of the transistor Q, the emitter, and the diode D4 , but since the core 17 in the bidirectional resonoid 18 attached to the auto card 11 is not moving, the manual knob 2 is Not self-maintained.
Therefore, when you let go of the manual knob 2, the indenter 5
The knob 2 returns to the neutral position, and the contacts 13b and 14
b opens again, so motor M stops.

Current flows through resistor R 1 and terminal E, and motor M
rotates in the opposite direction and drives the window in the direction that opens it.
At this time, current flows through the solenoid 18 via the diodes D 1 and D 3 , but as in the case described above, the core 17 within the solenoid 18 does not move, so the manual knob 2 is not self-held. When the hand is released, the manual knob 2 returns to the neutral position in the same manner as described above due to the action of the indenter 5 which is brought into contact with the moderation section 9a by the spring 7 and tends to be located at the center position of the moderation section 9a.

は圧子6の作用により中立位置に戻る。 Next, when the autoknob 3 is swung to the left, the autocard 11 is moved to the right, so that the contacts 13b and 14b are closed. Therefore, the motor M is driven in the same way as when the manual knob 2 is swung to the left.
At this time, since the core 17 is moving to the right along with the auto card 11, the auto card 11 is held in a rightward moved state by the excitation force of the solenoid 18. Therefore, the autoknob 3 that engages with the autocard 11 is held in a state of being swung to the left against the action of the indenter 6, which attempts to position itself at the center position of the moderation portion 9b due to the force of the spring 8. . When the window is completely closed, the load current of the motor M increases, so the voltage drop across the resistor R1 increases. Therefore, from the reference voltage obtained by dividing the constant voltage given by the Zener diode ZD by resistors R3 and R2 ,
The voltage drop across R1 increases and the output of comparator C goes from high to low. As a result, the transistor Q is turned off, the excitation of the solenoid 18 is released, the self-holding is also released, and the autoknob 3
returns to the neutral position by the action of the indenter 6.

and 14a are closed, and the motor M is rotated in the opposite direction and driven in the direction of opening the window. At this time, the autoknob 3 is connected to the solenoid 1 via the autocard 11.
The self-holding is carried out by the excitation force of 8, and the self-holding is released when the window is completely opened, which is the same as in the case described above.

Then, the normally closed contacts 12a and 13a on the path from the motor M to the terminal E are closed or the normally closed contacts 12b and 13b are unclosed, so the power to the solenoid 18 and the motor M is cut off. Then, the motor M stops rotating.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the automatic knob and manual knob are separated, erroneous operation is less likely to occur. Additionally, if you want to stop auto operation midway through auto operation, you simply operate the non-self-holding manual knob in the opposite direction to the self-holding side of the auto knob to open the normally closed contact, so the operating force is constant. It is light and exactly the same as normal manual operation.
